Notice: Rapid Review Tool upgrade.
If you installed the Java Run Time library before May 1st 2004, you must install a new Java Run Time library.
This is due to security upgrades in the the Rapid Review Tool.

Step 1.

The Java 5.0 Runtime Environment has been available for download since October 1, 2004. If you open the "About Java" window on your computer, Java 5.0 will be listed as "Version 1.5.0".

Before using the Peer Review Facility you must download and install the latest Java Run Time Environment for your computer. Press the button below to goto the Java web site. While at the Java web site, please choose a library appropriate for your operating system (Windows, Mac or Unix) and start the download and installation process.

You can skip Step 1 in the future when you want to use the Peer Review Facility (you need to install the library only once).

Step 2.

Choose your role. Then click the button to start the Rapid Review Facility.

Please note: The first time the Peer Review Applet is loaded, it may take up to 1 minute for your browser to respond. This delay is due to the fact that your browser and the RCET server need to exchange a Security Certificate.
